Annual boiler service
All domestic gas appliances require an annual service and safety inspection, to ensure the appliance is working in accordance with the manufacturers design specifications; this must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. With over 18 years of gas appliance maintenance and servicing, we are experienced with all manufacturers and are able to maintain your appliance in accordance with the manufacturers design and gas safe regulations.
Landlord’s Certificates CP12 (Gas Safety Checks)
It is a legal requirement for any property that is being rented, that contains gas appliances, to have an annual inspection of the Gas appliances to enable a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate to be issued, thus ensuring the property meets the current Gas Safe regulations. Gas safety checks are not only a legal requirement, they ensure that the appliances are working correctly, guarding against the dangers of carbon monoxide.
